Janet Fritz

​

Janet is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She spent the first half of her career as a CPA in the accounting, auditing, and financial reporting fields. It was during this time of leading and directing teams that a door was opened for her in the area of Human Resources. For the next 20 years, she gained experience in areas ranging from employee-related matters, to payroll processing and benefits administration, and eventually employee training, coaching and leadership development while also providing senior executive-level administrative support and front-office administration services. Janet has been with MRM since June 2020 and previously held the role of CFO and VP of Operations.
