Once MRM is contacted by the employer a packet of material will be sent, which will include terms of agreement - the actual contract between MRM and the employer, and the employee consent and acknowledgement form that is signed by all employees. The employer will then with the mystery shopper to discuss the names of employees to be evaluated, job description, list of contact personnel, hours of operation, etc.

 

 

MRM will then send the employer confirmation letter of time, date and details to be included during the shop.

 

The shopper will then enter the establishment at the agreed upon date and time wearing a body cam and/or audio equipment, according to the employer's preference. The finished product CD/DVD will be presented to the employer.
