We at MRM have taken the necessary steps to offer our clients the opportunity to provide their employees with the highest level of medical care for their injuries, while at the same time, ensuring that this care is provided at the lowest possible cost.

MRM's claims processing system is designed to have all lost time first report of injuries reviewed by our in-house Attorney before the adjuster receives the claim file. This process allows for expert review from a legal and medical standpoint at the initial stage of the claim. During this "initial screening" process, directives are given to the adjusters so that a proper "position" or "inquiry" is implemented from the beginning throughout the process of the claims administration of a file. All medical bills are adjudicated to the State Fee Schedule or the AlaMed PPO at no additional cost.
